All products on Greenlance come with a 12-month warranty, Except our Batteries pack which come with 24 months warranty. Greenlance Limited provides warranty service for all Greenlance branded products. Customers can access warranty repairs for eligible products.
Products not covered by Warranty
Greenlance Limited reserve the right to deny the warranty services to products that have:
- Products that have been repaired, disassembled, or reworked without authorization.
- Have been subject to accidental damage or drop-related damage including but not limited to excessive pressure, improper voltage input, and cracks due to incorrect use.
- Products are subject to damage resulting from improper use, installation, maintenance, and/or storage.
- If products are subject to force majeure-related damage (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.).
Out of Warranty Repair
Greenlance cannot take responsibility for repair after the 12 months warranty has expired.
Extended Warranty
Greenlance Limited offers its customers to opportunity to purchase an additional 6 months’ worth of warranty, this will cover your product against unforeseen repairs, the extended warranty costs £19.99 and it can be purchased only while purchasing your product.
Please remember
All items must be in original and unused condition and customers will be responsible for return postage.
In the unlikely chance, there is a fault, or a damaged item arrives, please get in touch with our customer service team who will assist you on what to do. As our products are custom-made, our team will advise you on what to do. We are not responsible for errors on your behalf.
If you have noticed any errors on our part, please get in touch with our team as soon as possible. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order, once 30 days have surpassed, unfortunately, we cannot do anything.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you the price minus any deductions (if applies) to the original payment method you used. Refunds are usually made within 14 days of when the item is received by us.
